We started The Shoe Charm Shop because we believed your shoes should say something about you... something fun, something nostalgic, something completely unique to you. Will these charms fit my Crocs?

Yes! All our shoe charms are compatible with Crocs and any clog-style shoes with standard charm holes. If your shoes have the standard holes, our charms will fit. Simple as that.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch from the UK, usually within 1-2 working days. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days. Need them faster? We offer express delivery at checkout.

How many charms can I fit on one shoe?

Most Crocs and clog-style shoes have between 13 and 26 holes depending on the size... so plenty of room to build your perfect charm set. We'd recommend starting with 5-10 for a curated look, or go full chaos and fill every hole. No judgement.

What's your returns policy?

We want you to love your charms. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, get in touch within 30 days and we'll make it right... whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.
