Order Processing

We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details (if applicable).

Shipping Options & Costs

• We offer Royal Mail 1st Class (£2.95) and Royal Mail 2nd Class (£1.95) 
• Orders over £25 get free delivery

Important Information

• While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, please note that choosing Express Shipping does not guarantee same-day dispatch. Depending on when the order is placed, it may be shipped the following working day.
• We process orders 7 days a week, but weekend orders may not be shipped until Monday due to Post Office operating hours.
